This is just something i have been tossing around since i bought this car and we were talking about this today at our mini meet so i found some photos of my choices plus some backups my choices are purple [my favorite color] or sublime green [the photo is sassyfrass green] and some others. Some of these are not 66 cudas but the same body style. Stripes and vinyl are not included just colors.

sublime green, or the last one in post one...although the stop light red(candy apple) one in post one works well too...

Just my advice because I had to do this for Low N Slow.

Take your three favorite color's and mix them. This is a guy Matt's truck I seen in Nevada a few month's back. Call it copy cat, but this is what I want.

1. Plum Crazy Purple
2. Matte Black
3. Pewter

My color scheme is gonna be a bit mixed up though. The whole truck is going to be PCP. The middle of the bed, on the side's are going to be matte black and the R/T is going to be in silver outline.

I am partial to Hemi Orange. This is a decision you have to make because you are the one that has to be happy with it and live with whatever decision you make. I wish you luck!

I'd go with SubLime. there is a local drag car, Superbee, named Rumble Bee it is Sublime extremely bright. Always heard if its true sublime you can't stand to look at it for a long period of time. I'll see if i can find a pic of it. somewhere

My uncle had a '68 (I think that was the year) 'cuda convertible that was the blue in your first post. I believe it was the factory color.

That blue would give it a classic look, but if you want to stand out and be noticed, definitely the green.

That's what i thought when i saw that car at a show i was at i ran across the field to take a photo of it that color is awsome in person, kinda solves my problem i did not want to paint cuda with a color that when at a judged show the judges go yuck don't even bother looking at that, that color i beleve will draw attention to it not drive them away. And a black interior will work with it the corvair had black interior looked good.I also have an idea for some accent striping down the side similar to an AARcudas stripes but smaller and sorta hidden can't quite explain how or where it's some thing you have to see.

I like the blue color. Very classy & classic. Then do some minor striping. Off the hook.
