It seems to appear that way doesn't it i check it nightly and very few postings are being submitted,most of the fellas/ladies are on facebook.

IMHO I think this site is awesome and will pick up as soon as the show season starts and the weather gets a bit nicer. Not much modding going on in cold weather and shows either. I'm ready to Roll!!!

I post here and there, the job I took last year kills a lot of my time, and yes we went on facebook and its killin the board. A lot of guys have new or different careers too, so it makes it harder for them. I hate to see it this slow.

I hear every forum is slow. And I agree that Facebook has contributed to that. It does suck.

I don't do facebook so this is the place that I use to stay in touch. Plus Jim is right about the weather and winter effecting everything.

Jay you need to find someone to fill in for you as far as facebook i hate that place it has taken forum members away from the forum i have the same problem with my crossfire club they are going to facebook

Im on here even at work, the joys of tapatalk and smartphones. Im saying kills my time to do shows like i did in the past, I still modify the truck, but im at a spot where I really enjoy the look its got now. The next things will be higher dollar mods. Besides the few small things left.

^ Funny you say that, Jay. Appearance wise I'm almost done with mine with the exception of a few mods, unless I do a major makeover. I'm ready to move onto performance stuff, and with a diesel that translates to higher dollar mods.

I just saw this thread and I would say the answer to your question is yes, it is on life support at this point. Before this post there were zero posts today, two yesterday and three the day before. I have never been a big poster on here but this is the slowest forum I have been on in a long time. Reminds me of the old dto site from years ago. It just slowly stopped having posts until one day it just died. Sad to see the same thing is happening to this place.

We are working on getting the place cleaned up and talking about where to go from here. Of coarse this is all behind the scenes, sometimes I forget that it can't be seen.

i like this site instead of facebook because some of the people on SEMopars.com Group i only know a handful of them but on here i know everybody. i hate to see it slow

That's what I think. Anyone can like a fb page. It takes time outta the day to post on a forum and be a part if a community.

:bawl::bawl::bawl: This really sucks I'd rather be on a forum because it's full of info , and facebook seems to breed drama but unless you like pitbulls,guns, obama hate posts, or family is all I use facebook for.
I havent been on a while because like everyone else been real busy, and really havent been on the computer unless I'm lookin something up. I bought a 99 jeep wrangler(for the wife) black to match the truck lol, then I bought a harley 95sportster custom (also black to match the truck) so those two things kept me busy . and then there is the honey do list and its even longer every time I cross something off:banghead::banghead: and then theres also KIDS and they seem to keep me busy for the rest of my free time!! I could use a few more hours a day to accomplish everything sometimes 24hrs dont seem enough.
Im gonna try to find a few minutes in the day to join the forums and hopefully be here to see things take off.

Things are tough all over. The summer is here and family vacations or honey do lists start up. I don't do the facebook thing. I like the way people are here. If we all stay true to SEM then we can overcome this slow down. I know Jay is working hard for us, but he has a family also. Everyone give him the chance to get things turned around.

Easy work on a computer. You don't have to get up and go anywhere.
