New Monthly Photo Competition

Lets give this a shot. Each month we are going to have a new photo competition.

Every month I will come up with a topic/subject and anyone who wants to enter can email me a picture fitting the topic/subject.

There will be a max of 10 submissions per month.

Once I have all the pictures, I will post them up. They will be anonymous until the poll is over and then the winner will be announced. Members will have the option of voting for more than one picture, so if you are torn between 2 or 3 pictures, youll have the option to vote for what you like.

This months topic is going to be a Sign. (Street Sign, Business Sign, ect)

Submission deadline for this contest will be Saturday 8/4/12, and then the poll will run.

Please send picture to [email protected]. Please also include in the subject line "Photo of the Month Competition". This email address is what we are going to use for all club submissions.

Anyone can enter. One picture only! 10 Spots Only!

(Lee, please feel free to edit this ((add/remove)) anything you think necessary. We have talked about it and are on the same page so you know where I am trying to come from)

No Vehicles because these pictures are going to be voted on not knowing who took what picture. If a vehicle is in the picture, it will give it away as to who took it

I ask because I think the max number of choices for a poll is 10. I guess if you have more than 10 I guess you could do 2 polls but then members would be able to vote for more than one pic (once each poll).

Yes. It has to be a "Sign". It could be a street sign, or a business sign. I will post up an example of a picture I took. It also has to be a photo you yourself snapped. No googling or downloading images off of the internet. That would take all the fun out of it.

Good Call. Yes, this will be limited to 10 per month. It will be a first come first served kind of thing. Once the 10 spots are filled, the poll will run. I think with there being so many choices, members will have an option to choose more than one selection, so if someone likes 2 pictures, they can vote for two.


Ok here we go i suppose this is what you want.
Close but no cigar. No downloading images off of the internet. The submissions have to be all original photos taken by the individual that submits them.
