Hey guys and gals!
I was wondering where i can get some tires and rims for a great prices....any suggestions on places or websites???

when i went to the mountains my front driver side tire had the wires coming through the rubber..

so right now i have a spare on, so im thinkin its time for new tires and maybe rims if i have some wiggle room in the budget lolhttp://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff467/Paige_Wilson/0607122025.jpghttp://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff467/Paige_Wilson/0609121748.jpg

Paige - you should try the Wild Country. I have them on my Ram and they ride & wear great. I paid about $360.00 a year or so back. I hope that helps.

Whats your budget?? You can more pay for tires and rims then a freakin car sometimes lol

Before you get crazy on looking new, get on Craigslist and see what you can find. I actually found a deal where the guy was gonna trade me straight across for his 22's, but I backed out cause the tires were shit and I didn't want to pay for new ones... Just look around and I promise you'll find some good deals.

Also what size rims are you looking for? Bigger, same size, smaller? Thats important, cause as you know, the bigger the rim, the more expensive and the more it weighs, which in turn brings down mileage...

Imo, with your truck, I think you should go no bigger then 20's. Just because of the fact that the motors in our trucks aren't as powerful as the newer trucks and wouldn't be able to handle the weight as good.

your best bet would be to try craigslist or look for a used tire shop in your area. they are all over, and you can normally get a decent set of tires for a decent price. even if they last you a year, its a year further then you are gonna get now..

Tires for a 20" rim will run you around 1k, keep that in mind your best bet would be getting some 3rd gen 17s cheap and then put some good tires on them. My NTGs on my 17 wheels were around 600 and you can probably find the factory 17s pretty cheap

Daniel is absolutely correct, tires for 20" are expensive. That was the main reason I went with 18" wheels when I bought my wheels and tires.
