Trans temp gauge

what is the name of the gauges that match our interior ?

Tomorrow i pick up a new srt 10 gauge pillar and i need to order a trans temp gauge for it....

or if yall have any good ideas for one please let me know....i also want to change my interior dash lights to blue so if that help with any of you helping me pick a gauge....

autometer 4949 is the one i ran till i went aeroforce

Aeroforce does way more than just trans temp so you would be prepping for future mods, if you can afford that one I'd do that

I bought one for $16 at Advance. During the day it's a perfect match but at night the light doesn't match. Was always planning on an aeroforce at some point, but it's forever gotten back burner'd as other things costing $$$$$ have come up.

Works fine though...

The one I have that matches the interior I think is autometer the phantom gauges

When I was going to do the SRT pod and one gauge I was going to use the diesel 3 in 1 dodge factory match gauge. But now went a different route. I know autometer makes a gauge close to factory match

Autometer makes dodge factory match gauges...which is what I will get for my truck. They match during the day and at night. However, if you change your interior to blue LED's they will not match.

i recieved my gauge today, it is very nice. looks very sharp mounted in the pod, i used the shade bezel for a lil different look. im headed out to mount the pillar and gauge in the truck, i will not have time to hook it up until sunday, when i finally have a day off....ill take pics and do a write up on install, after im done.

No teach i dont do alot of towing anymore, hence why i got the roll pan, i want to be able to monitor the temps in the trans, as i do tend to play quite a bit. if the temps are too high, then ill look into a larger row cooler. I think a magtec would be too much.

This is installed 90%, it is all wired up all i need now is an adapter from what i believe is 3/8 npt to 1/8 npt, for my sensor to go into the port on the trans.

I thought the gauge that was coming was gonna be 1/8 npt, Gail can you confirm or clarify which i ordered.

The one that came is to big for the port, should i just buy an adapter or ask glowshift to ship me a different one.

DIY coming soon as i complete the install....for now...those arent hot spots with the leds, thats just how my phone took it, near the bottom of the sweep and the top of the sweep, its a lil dimmer but nothing to complain about...
