Hmmmm, not feeling that...maybe for commercial use, yeah, but for personal...naw...I'm not a fan of stacks unless you are rolling on 18 wheels...LOL

EDIT: how popular is the "hot shot" business now a days? Looks like that would make a good hot shot rig.

It may ramstrat but i think the bed is too short, not enough swing clearance for a 5 wheel. I understand 96 i don't like stacks as they have to be installed in the bed they look crappy however i'm currently working on an idea i have on installing them on my 3500 i'm trying for a clean looking install but it involves major bodywork to the bed sides.

There was a pic I saw a couple weeks ago with a guy running stacks on his white Ram...but he didnt have proper clearance in the stacks and the rear of his cab...so the stacks were way too short. He had soot (spelling) literally all over the rear of his cab...it was nasty.

If my idea works my stacks will look factory installed clean, my son thinks i'm insaine he hates stacks period they belong on semis, but then again he don't like many mopars either. I think they will look good if it can be done the way i want it done, i'm also thinking of lowering it 3/6, love lowered trucks kinda defeats the purpose of a one ton but air bag helpers can resolve that issue.

I too am not too fond of lowered 1 tons...I have seem many Chebbys on air and I'm just not a fan of them. I can however appreciate the work that goes into them though...just not a fan of them.

I understand different strokes for different folks i'm just kicking around those ideas at this point, the cuda project has priority when the funds become available.

It all depends on how it's done IMO...I mean, if you are going static, then there isn't too much you can mess up. But if you are going to get into bags and custom back halves then you better know what you are getting yourself into before you start cutting. I have seen some pretty cleaver back halves and it can be a chore building one of those things that really hasn't been done before.
