Tonneau Cover

Well I finally got what I've been wanting for so long... a hardtop tonneau cover!!

Yes it does look a little rough but we'll be painting it soon along with the rest of the truck!

Call me crazy, but I already got half of it sanded down tonight... going to do the rest tomorrow. Then hopefully get it shot with primer on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I love tonneau's it s like having an 6ft trunk you can get a bed rug and same on underneath the cover .nice cover trucks lookin good!!

The cover is completely sanded down and ready for primer! Hopefully we'll be able to shoot it tomorrow and have it on the truck by Wednseday or Thursday at the latest :D

Primer is officially laid down!! It looks awesome to! Gonna let it dry, then get it installed on the truck tomorrow :D

Did you seal the primer with anything?

No not yet, that will be done later when we get some

Yeah...good idea. IDK if it could happen with it, but seems like mildew could get under that primer...then it would be a PITA to get rid of when you decide to finalize the paint job on it.

Its only gonna be like that for a couple weeks, so I dont think it'll be a problem. Thanks for the heads up though. So does it look good with the truck?

Looks good. I chose the Bak Roll-X so that I can easily access the truck bed. This tonneau cover (http://4wheelonline.com/tonneau-covers.222468) is basically a hard roll-up tonno that is constructed with heavy-duty aluminum.
