Cant Decide if I like the KC guards on my lights. Help me decide lol

Oh yeah by the way I got my warrantied KC lights and bar back lol

Now to find out I cant even get the ice blue bulbs anymore from KC

So are the lights going to remain inoperable or are you confident you can find a replacement bulb?

No lights are fully operational. I said to myself this time when I get the new stuff back I'm going to get the ice blue bulbs instead of using the stock yelllow halogen ones that come with the lights. Well after trying 4 shops around my work and ones we have accounts with. 4WD said they had the bulbs so I ordered them Friday no update on my order so i called today and she told me either they are discontinued or on backorder and we wont be able to fullfill your order. So now the hunt is still on to try and find 4 KC H3 130watt ice blue bulbs.

Also tonight going to aim them how I like them and will test light output with the guards and without.

Update lights properly aimed and i have to say no guards they do hinder a little bit of light output.

Ugh! Its growing on me. Ran out of time to put them back on last night. Going to put them on today after work. I used to rock guards on my Jeep so maybe I can do it on the Ram.

Yes they do, but Im not going to stop on the side of the road and take them off everytime I need alot more light. I use them almost every week. On the back roads around my house and. Im picky about lighting and want everything to work in the brightest manner possible. The light covers look good but they hinder light a little and cause weird shadows. Time will tell. :)

I guess the proper way to describe it is there is extra shadows in the light output as to with no covers there is solid nu-interupted light.
