Downtown Palm Harbor Show/My Last Show With The Club

A few of us have talked about this, and are planning on going. I've never been, but I've heard this is a huge show in downtown Palm Harbor. I know TJW is vending for this, and this will be my last show with the club before I move back up north. It's April 21st, 10a-5p, with registration opening at 8a.

After the show, a few of us also talked about going possibly to cop shop for some dinner, and then the round up (awesome country bar if you've never been) for some drinks afterwards. Saturdays at the Round Up is a $12 sink or swim (all you can drink). I'd love to get the opportunity to see everyone before I leave, so it'd mean a lot if y'all could come out. Well I am registered.

Instead of meeting at the boot, we could meet in the parking lot across from the Palm Harbor Ferrari Dealership. Its on the corner of Tampa Rd & US19 in Palm Harbor. Its a bit closer to the show. Less chance of us all getting split up on the way and having to regroup.

I don't know if there is a wellness center there or not, but it's a huge parking lot with an entrance/exit onto Tampa road. It's right across from the misplaces Ferrari dealership. There is a chick fil a deeper in the parking lot if you know where I am talking about.

So fellas, is it across from Ferrari, Chik-Fil-A or Brightway parking lot? And what time? The website states registration at 8AM and show starts at 10AM. If we all pre-register, we shouldn't have to be there at the butt-crack of dawn.

the brightway parking lot is i think what Kevin is talking about, it is straight across from ferarri dealer, chik fil a is off 19 but can be accessed through the same parking lot. Lee and Adam what way are yall taking? 54? over thru trinity? I think we should be getting at the last meet spot by 8a or earlier this show is populated and cars arrive and are waiting at 8a and the line gets long....

Yeah, I know right? The Weather Channel predicts 40% for Saturday and 70% Sunday, but BayNews9 predicts 70% for Saturday and 60% Sunday. Then BayNews9 is saying there is a developing low pressure system that should hit Florida on Saturday and bring a "SLIGHT CHANCE" of severe weather to us...

I was at the bodyshop today. Due to Tim's glass guy not being able to come til monday, and not being able to get an alignment until saturday, I won't have the car back til monday afternoon. I'm stilll going to come hang out at the show, but obviously I won't be entering.

OK guys.........

According to the news/weather, there is a high chance of Hail and Tornadoes tomorrow and we dont want to take the chance or ruining our vehicles. Driving through that stuff is dangerous. Even if the weather is going to be decent tomorrow, by now, we are pretty sure (from past experiences) that no one is going to risk taking their show cars out from their garages with a chance of hail.

So we think tomorrow if going to be a bust either way. Weather wise, or participation wise. There are always car shows, so there will be another one around the corner.

On a side note, We are thinking of having a get together at the Cop Shop in Oldsmar here in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for the thread about that.

Art, as of right now, the thing at round up for Art's Going Away Party is still on. As long as the weather isnt dangerous, Lee said he is still down, and Jay and Heather have a possibility of showing up too...

Man Art, what a way to make an exit...huh? Lol
