Plastidip???

Not sure if I am spelling correctly. But wanted to get some info on it. Is it a plastic/rubber coating that can be painted on? Where can you get it at? I have a few knives that have a metal handle/frame and wanted to give them a textured/better grip.

Home Depot or Lowes for sure in the spray paint aisle. Cost about 5-6 bucks a spray can. You can get it in a qt to I believe for actually dipping things. Real cool stuff (VERY ADDICTING) It works pretty well on all smooth surfaces but the only way to tell for sure is spray it on and if you dont like the way it looks it comes right off :)

You can get it from Lowes or Home Depot. It comes in a spray can a quart can and a little dip can to dip tools in.

The stuff is awesome. You'll love it. I did my wheels and rear ram head emblem with it.

We used to dip tool handles in it years ago at work. Lineman pliers, wire strippers, side cutters...you name it, we dipped it!

I get mine from Lowes and when they are out I goto Home Depot. A few months ago I went and the guys at lowes said that stuff has been selling like hot cakes. I bought the last can they had lol

Its so easy to use and very forgiving. If theres a rough spot on my wheels, I just spray over it and it looks brand new again. You can't go wrong with plastidip!
