Credit check/monitoring?

where can I go to get the credit reports and scores and monitoring crap? Kinda leary on where to go. I know there free ones I don't know if i hould trust them. I never had my credit checked my me. Only by banks and lons crap and they don't tell you nothing. I guess this is something I should do? I don't even know what my credit score is. All I know is when I got my Ram last winter they told me it was good and I got the loan if that means much.

i have usaa and have paid the 10$ a month for 3 years now to monitor it.
they are cool and send you an email if there is a red flag

Lol I know. Just getting other opinions. I got reports but no score and that wasn't monitoring.

You should check it once a year. You are actually entitled to a free check once a year.

i know i got my rating when i bought the stang. pretty high for not really having any history :)

when I got the Ram they said it was high too. The reports i got didn't have my raitng on it. So I still have to get that.
