Going to the Mopar shootout tomorrow night. Could've sworn I posted a drag race thread here the first time I went in this truck back in march but guess it was on RF. Anyways my best time so far is in my sig and that was on bald goodyear fortera sl 285 45 22 tires in 2500 DA with about 8,000 miles on the truck. Now the truck has barely worn Nitto 420s 285 45 22 tires on it and about 15,600 miles on it. Not sure how I'm gonna do since I have new tires but it's gonna be 95+ at race time. Only made 4 passes back in march but tomorrow I'm gonna try to make at least 10 since there aren't that many people that come in the summer. Hoping for a 14.5 @ 90+ mph but not sure if it's gonna happen

Thanks. And I will. Just gotta work on reaction time and launch. Just looked up the DA and tonight it was almost 3000 so I expect it to be the same or higher tomorrow night so hopefully the new tires will keep me at a 14.7

Ugh I hate this weather! DA ranged from 3000 when I started to almost 2700 when I ended at almost midnight. I'm #34 but on the 5th run they have me listed as #32. Runs #1-#4 were hot lapped(run back to back)

The 5th run was the 1st round of the shootout where I dialed in with a 15.10 but broke out with a 15.03. Reason I dialed a 15.10 is because they used to figure out the winner of the round by adding reaction time and ET and compare that to the dial in but they didn't do that tonight so I got knocked out

The track is great fun, I'm a little surprised the R/T isn't a bit quicker. Good luck.. and enjoy.
