This is for everyone who thinks Kyle Busch is a spoiled kid. Looks like he has to pay the price, even if it a small price compared to us. Read article:

Haha that's awesome but only a $1000 fine? If it was you or me they'd throw us in prison for 5 years or more

I don't dislike him at all...actually, I am a fan of his...but I don't see how this affects him AT ALL...no license? Who cares...it won't affect him NASCAR at all...and with him having as much $$$ as he has, it wont affect him in his personal life.

It might have affected a NASCAR driver of the old days, but not a modern era driver.

Yeah. It looks like he got off easy, but at least he has a record. Maybe the next time and you know there will be. He will get the book thrown at him.

Kyle is a Me-First Douche, thats why I have always hated him. Denny gave him the lead at Pocono so he could lead a lap and he wouldn't give it back, he has a shitty Character and he deserved to get arrested like every last one of us would have done if we did that. I am glad he was punished somehow.

I wish Nascar would step up and ban him the same 45 days for being a first class idiot!

I'm gonna have to disagree with parking him. I am a life long Tony Stewart fan, who in his own right, is no stranger to negetive things such as this.

All this story says is if you are famous and/or have money and status, you can do anything you want and get a slap on the wrist....

Yeah, but in cases such as this, nobody should be angry at Kyle...but angry at the judge who sentenced him.

I dont know...he has done some pretty STUPID things...just as recent as this year over in Austraila, when he allegedly punched a race track owner and was detained buy the local police. Punching the photographer at the Brickyard in 2002...he has had his fair share of stupidity.

However, the only thing that concerns me is what he does on track...I am not concerned what he does on his own time, celebrity or not...people are human...shit happens...

Kurt was charged with reckless driving a while back in Arizona and also got off "easy"...hell, he's an honorary deputy now for the same sheriffs office that charged him.

In that type of a violation I think it is appropriate to confiscate the vehicle. I also think vehicles of drunk drivers should be confiscated. hell, when someone spotlights deer they take his guns, truck, camper, jackets and boots. fair is fair....

Maybe before the next time Kyle decides to go 128mph in a 45mph he'll think about the possibility of a kid chasing a ball into the street and stepping out in front of him and not do it. I'm sorry, but that was just an asinine move.

I say park him to, seems he isn't going to learn anything out of it with just a slap on the wrist

Funny thing is his lawyer is saying it is too serious of a punishment, because some dude got a 300$ fine a couple years back for the same thing. Frickin Douche

That kid is such a bratty little shit. I have always disliked the way he acts and presents himself.

^ That's my issue with him. There is no doubt he is a helluva race car driver. The way he acts is a different story. Same reason I don't care Tony Stewart. He was an asshole to my neighbor's daughter over his autograph...and it was an autograph line for him.

I think when people get famous, they forget the people who helped make them famous. If they had no fans where would they be then.
