Hi...know there are some Superchips tuner items for diesel. Just wanted to see if anything with "on-the-fly" capability.

NOPE, I was told that the new vivid is not on the fly. Even though it looks like it is. You still have the down time to change modes. Plus you have to be careful with the SC surge a lot of our trucks are known to have this problem after having a SC programmer. That's one of the reasons why I got rid of mine along with others.

It takes me up to 8 mins to update with my Smarty Jr. Why I was looking for "on-the-fly"

Thats what happens when you spend days researching this stuff lol It took me almost a month to decide which programmer to get after the SC.

Same here...Lee and I have learned quit a bit about Edge, H&S, Quad, etc.

It seems you are the lucky one when it comes to a Quad. We have ran into numerous folks having trouble with theirs.

Damn i'm glad i don't have to worry about that stuff just a fuel plate, injectors, some head work, twin turbos, maybe a cam. Oh crap that's expensive bet a tuner is cheeper, but i like mechanical type mods more work but i enjoy it.
