i like the idea of this as well. though none of us would be able to compare to kevins ride. i wouldnt be able to even after new headlights, taillights, thrid brake, 5" lift, 35" tires, and mossy oak obsession on the lower two tone.

i guess kevins just got the royal flush here. nothing beats that.

well 00, it all depends what you like, although kevin has a really nice ride and could win a otm. there are others on the forum with really nice rides that could also win....

ya, true. if the otm's were subdivided into several categories, then it would be an even playing field, such as custom paint, performance, best 4wd, best 2wd, best looking overall, and things of that nature. but if i were in a otm with him, id have to vote for his. maybe one day, just maybe i might have my truck lookin that good.

IMO saturating it with multiple categories will "cheapen" the experience of winning. I believe maybe we could be successful in having a "truck of the month" and a "car of the month"...them maybe in December of each year, the 12 TOTM and 12 COTM winners can duel it out for "Mopar of the Year"

when a otm is going simple is always best to many categories and it will get confusing fast. there has always been a problem running otm with a multiple models. people show favortism and vote for alliance more instead of just picking the nicest ride. then the complaing and bitching starts in bashing and finger pointing. but it can work, the admin is a hell of a guy that wont take shit so with some trail and error it can and will be perfected. In due time of course

I have to agree with Jay on this one. There are so many truck people on this forum that they out number all the other vehicles combined. Instead of Truck of the Month or Mopar of the Month. How about Member of the Month. That way it is about the people not a certain type of ride. Just my humble opinion.
