I have alot done to it. I recently painted the inside my headlights and retrofitted some projectors. Also i just installed some gibson ceramic coated headers. If you want a complete mod list let me know and i'll add it to here. I will be adding more pictures too. I just got a new camera today and i'm ready to test it out.

Wow Thanks for all the Welcomes and compliments. To answer RamStrat's Question i do plan on getting a set of black wheels. I wanted to black out the factory 20's but powder coating in scarce around here. I have my eyes set on a set of Boss 334's and the best part is my wife likes them too lol.

Nice truck, and well done on the lights. what process did you use to blacken them? never heard of painting them on the inside; most people just tint the glass or buy em with the housing black already.

Thanks! I took them apart using the oven to loosen the adhesive. Scuffed up all the chrome really good and the orange markers. Sprayed a few coats of etching primer and then some matched paint and clear. I was actually surprised how well they turned out. I am still going to smoke the lens soon, but only slightly. About a year after i bought the truck new both lenses started flaking. It looks like the protective coating coming off, i guess from heat?. I'll just have to sand that all off before i do it. I'm actually putting back together a 99 Yamaha R6 in my free time, so i plan on doing it when i get done with the bike. Hoping that will be soon.

Yeah that would be nasty but i have the 4.7L and i've heard too many horror stories with the 4.7L and forced induction. The only way to be peace at mind is to put money into the internals. Right now i'm holding out for cams and getting the heads ported and polished. Hoping that'll help it out.
