Hughes comes with the plate, gasket, and manifold gaskets. Does the apsprecision come with more?

i dont think that will be a problem....colton in my honest opinion hughes vs aps, its aps hands down, with out a doubt, bolts used in our manifolds and on our intake plenums were torque to yield, i think i said that right, really are meant to be used torqued and tossed, all the bolts that come with aps are rated and quality, the whole kit is real good quality i wouldnt steer you the wrong way, and hell look at the price....goto the site, click products, then engine parts, then billet plenum plates you want the bottom one, hers the product number,BILPLEN-V8K....

Its another $40 then the hughes kit, would it be worth it? And thanks for the help Jay

Jay would never steer you wrong. If he believes in a product he will say so, if he doesn't like a product he will tell you why. If the cost is only $40.00 more and you can afford it, I would go with the products Jay recommended.

Yeah i know Jay knows his stuff, and it probably would be good to have new bolts in case the others break

Welcome back. As far as plenum goes the bolts from the parts store will run you about $35+tax if I remember right, in fact I'm gonna do the aps just because it's got all the hardware and gaskets needed, and I hate making trips to the parts store, though I think these bolts can only be had at the dealer. While you're in there, do the water pump, and timing chain. If funds allow of course.

A new water pump from O'Reillys is $66, you'll be better off buying a new bypass tube instead of trying to reuse your old one. Cloyes double roller timing set is $40 and a new timing cover gasket set is $17

i'd like to think my truck would skip across the water like those snow mobiles do. i havent tried it on any thing other than the highway but i think it would work.
i took my truck through some rough mud when my neighbor challenged me in his ford. he got stuck and i left him there.
