Me and the family are in Disney this week. I thought it got hot at home but it is nothing compared to down here. This heat is blazing! You guys are hard core working on your trucks in this heat.

Theres nothing like working on your truck in 100 degree heat with 100 percent humidity or sitting in the heat all day at a car show. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids.....lots of beer. Lol

Texas heat is a dry heat, easy sauce.

Florida is just a Sonna. It's miserable.

It may only be 100 degrees but with 100 degree humidity it can feel like 115-120.

working in dry heat, is better than working in wet heat, its miserable, its takes everything out of you, and at the end of the day, you dont wanna do anything else, but take a cold shower, and lay down.

Ive worked in 95* heat with 5% humidity up in a loft hanging drywall, and it was fine, i couldve done it in a pair of jeans, and been fine all day, now you put that same 95* heat with 100% humidity, youre looking at a heat index upwards of 120*. It amuses me when people out west complain of 105* heat with 0% humidity, which feels like 105*, those same people come down to fl to 95* heat with 100% humidity with a heat index of 105*+, thinkin oh thats nothing, then they get here and step outside, and are like holy shit, i dont wanna do shit, but sit inside.

I hear you, I run my own lawn service, and it gets bad. I'm immune to the heat, but sometimes it gets hard to breathe, you can almost cut the air with a knife.

i feel you guys. working the rigs in colorado was a breeze compared to oklahoma. dont you love the feeling when you get out of the shower dry off and you are immediately wet from the sweat again. i will take 100* of dry weather to the 80* w/80% humidity any day

Dry heat sucks balls, working outside here in az when its 110*+ ain't no cake walk. Throw in the slightest bit of humidity with that heat and its rediculous.

The whole shade thing is bs too, go from 115* in the sun to 110* in the shade, go hop in the pool to cool down but the pool temp is in the 90's. Only escape is inside period

Yeah Florida can get crazy hot. After dumping the exhaust last week in 90+ degree weather and being drenched in sweat by the end, I feel for anybody that has to work outside whether it be dry or humid heat

Teach I had to take my Niece to Disney last year on her birthday which was about this time of year so I feel your pain, the heat coming up from all the concrete right in your face, its no fun. Plus that and the hour long wait for all the damn rides just makes it torture. I dont know how people do that every year.

It's been crazy hot everywhere! It's been around 100 here for the last week. It was 103 in Savannah GA yesterday and 102 on the coast in SC too. I've got a couple guys working in Mississippi right now and one called me last week (Wednesday) and said it was 103 there. What scares me is that it is only June, and historically the hotter months are July and August. How much effin hotter can it get?

Just got back, heat index was 110 on the course. It was so hot out there. First thing I did when I got back was hit the pool. Cant wait to hit the concrete of magic kingdom tomorrow. Should be nice :).

South Korea was the same way hot as hell in the summer [the binjo ditches reaked] cold as hell in the winter and then monsoon season steady rain for months [you get used to being wet and everything being damp and musty] iv'e lived here all my life [except for my 10 year USAF stint] it seems it just keeps gettin hotter every year.I could swear when i was young winter was at least 2.5 months.Can't wait for august i'm gettin too old for this crap.
