I envy you guys with rear discs...I absolutely despise doing rear drums...I always have to snap a pic of how the springs are set up before taking them apart.

I need to do this too, my right rear has been glazed over since I paid the local guys to do them but they musta used the cheapest stuff available, they allready turned them to fix the glaze but it came right back. I think later this summer I am gonna order the entire kit from brake-motive.

Very cool, a good time to paint and/or touch up your calipers...

Mine are good lol...I just hate doing drum brakes period...last time I had to do any is when I replaced the wheel cylinders on my S10...what pissed me off the most was the way GM made the wheel cylinders to the backing plate on the rear...it was just a pressure clip, thats all, no bolts. It literally takes 3 hands to get the pressure clip over the grooves in the new cylinders.

I was just talking to Chrissy about doing all of the rams and the hoes pads and rotors soon. I'll use the brake motive stuff as well

Right now all four for the ram is like 230 something, great choice I really like my fronts but highly suggest high heat paint tape em off where the pads ride and paint the rest my fronts are a lil oxidized but I plan to paint mine too

Were the rotors turned or were they brand new? If they were turned I am willing to bet some metal got on the pads and it grooved it pretty quick.

nope brand new out of the box and bag. and no, they were fine around the neighbor hood, but then i made a trip to work, and then bam the pulsating, and shaking of the truck while braking started.

and it cant be an ABS pump learned thing, because it doesnt kick on, and it also has been unhooked from the battery for about 24hrs last weekend when i had the boat out.
