How is this for fair play. Kyle Busch gets stopped doing 128 in a 45 mph zone in a concept Lexus. They didn't take him to jail or anything. Gave him a ticket and sent him on his way. If it was you or I we would be under the jail. He said it was a toy and he was playing. I guess he doesn't get enough of doing 200 mph every weekend to be satisfied. He is the link to the story:

The story I heard, and the one in the link, doesn't mention he was cited for speeding, just careless and wreckless driving. That's ridiculous!!! The officer was quoted "it is standard procedure to issue a citation and release the driver instead of arrest the driver...", riiiiiiiighht! Unless it was one of us.

After driving at the speedways at the time 128 MPH probably seems like 45 MPH to him! Any ONE of us; they would have confiscated the car and off to the slammer ~ WHO are they trying to kid!

Yeah, and Tee and I just got pulled over a couple weeks ago for tinted windows ~ go figure!!!!

Might be different here in TX, but if you get pulled over for speeding, no matter what speed, they've got to find another reason to take you in. I found that out when I got clocked at 126 in a 40...

I know speeding is extremely stupid and dangerous but I wasn't racing anyone. I was hauling ass to the hospital from work after my wife called me and said her water broke. Honestly wasn't even paying attention to how fast I was going

Ive actually been pulled over 2 times for speeding in triple digits....walked away both times with just a verbal warning...

I have been stopped for speeding four times...once for doing 90 in a 55 by FHP...instead of the speeding he wrote me for not wearing my seatbelt...cost $95...popped by Zephyrhills twice and got off since the cop practiced "professional courtesy" (my uncle was a detective for Dade City Police Dept for many years)...and once by Hillsborough County Sheriffs office for doing 70 in a 50...deputy wrote me for failure to provide proof of insurance...which sucked cause 301 is split between two different clerk of curcuit courts jurisdiction...the south bound lane infractions belong to Tampa and the north bound lanes belong to Plant City, so I had to go over to Plant City to provide them my insurance info and pay them $7 of what would have been $70.
