ive been wanting racing seats in my truck since i started streeting it out. i finally got some in on a trade so i put them in today. it was actually fairly easy. i just fabbed up some brackets and mounted the seats to the factory seat brackets. took about 3 hours from start to finish. what do ya think?

Not bad! Thought about doing this same thing with the sport seats from Summit.

Look'in good, what are they out of? There seems to be a lot of SRT seats from the cars available for a decent price.

yeah, i am gonna make some flaps for the sides here soon. they are actually suprisingly comfy. i sit a little higher up though, ill have to get used to that. the dude i got them from said he got them from a sprred shop a couple years back, and recently upgraded to Sparco's so he was getting rid of these. they match almost perfectly though. wierd!

I bought my SLT Laramie seat from ebay and was surprised at how it was shipped on two pallets bolted together with the seat screwed down on the pallets wrapped in cardboard and strapped down. Simple and effective. You should be able to sell your OEM seat as there is a market for upgrades.

Actually looks pretty good. Ties in with the interior nicely
