I started a new job last week doing HVAC.. Got a call today from Carlisle asking me to come in for an interview on Monday..
HVAC 40+ hours a week. Outside constantly moving..
Carlisle 50 cent more an hour or $2 for third shift. Inside standing all day.. Overtime and full benefits after 90 days.
I went ahead and scheduled the interview.
HELP! :Wedgie: It's a good predicament to be in considering our economy but im confused!!!!!

I dont see the problem, do the interview and take it if they want you.
You gotta go where the money and benefits are....
Plus, do you wanna be outside all day every day???
GO TO THE A/C!!!

Unfortunately, money is king these days and benefits (mostly insurance) is a must.

Doing the interview Monday and if they offer me a job I will be hoping for first shift. Benefits start after 30 days not 90. Paid Holidays, vacations and a quarterly bonus just made my mind up. Talked to a few people that work there, Full 40 hours a week and all the overtime you want. Saturdays are optional, Sundays off.
