Had the meat man at Winn Dixie cut them up while I waited...they are nearly 3 pounds each and 1.25 inches thick...

Here they are cooked...wife and kids like theirs to taste like the grill, well done...I on the other hand like some blood on mine...

Actually Tee and I ARE planning a trip to Florida SOON... just waiting to get all these darn doctors appts. out of the way. We will first be heading to the PanHandle (DuFunik Springs), to visit our cousins and they maybe to visit friends ~ can't remember the name of the town right now ~ but it's 80 miles South of Orlando.

And this time we'll have our laptop with us!!!

Man there is a grocery store here that likes to put ribeye on sale for 1.99lb, ive seen people buy the whole rack for 70$
